This year we are lucky to have some past students from Alstonville High School, Jess, Eva, Charlotte, Evie, Finn, Riley and Chiara who have volunteered their time to help our students.

Our mentors help the students to explore the ideas of brainstorming, allocating ideas to speakers and delivering effective rebuttal for participation in an actual debate.

We are grateful for the expertise our past students can provide our upcoming debaters, as many of the mentors have participated in the State Debating Camp which exposes students to the highest levels of Primary School Debating in NSW.

We look forward to putting our training into reality during the upcoming Premier's Debating Challenge during 2016.
