Young ‘pirates’ are wanted

AHOY there! The Village Players Amateur Theatre group is calling for auditions for its December children's play, Peggy the Pint Sized Pirate, by D M Larson.

They are looking for actors from 12 years upwards, as well as set designers, stage hands and other supporting roles. No previous experience is necessary.

Auditions will be held at 6pm on Tuesday, October 14, in the Remembrance Room at the Woodburn-Evans Head RSL Club. So come along with your best pirate voices and try something new.

The Village Players need your assistance if they are to continue bringing live theatre to our community in the future. If you can help in any way throughout the year, or if you are unable to come to the audition but are interested, email Leslie at thevillageplayers1@gmail.com.
