WRITING WITH CAPS LOCK ON: The secret to getting a payrise

IT APPEARS that if you want a pay rise, the best thing to do is talk about it - with the caps lock on.

The union campaign involved staff working with their caps lock on, using the management's parking spaces and eating their lunch in the executive offices.

The Age reports the deal came into place on Christmas Day.
