Workshop to study options for new bridge over Clarence

MEMBERS of the community are invited to register for a value management workshop for a new Bruxner Hwy bridge over the Clarence River at Tabulam.

Lismore MP Thomas George said Roads and Maritime Services displayed four route options for community comment late last year.

"Community feedback, technical investigations and the outcomes from the value management workshop will form the input into the decision on the selection of the preferred option," he said.

"We are now seeking registrations of interest from the community to take part in the workshop.

"The workshop will assess each of the route options and will include interested community members, government officers and technical experts.

"Once registration closes, more information about the workshop will be provided, including what's involved before those interested commit to taking part."

To register interest in the workshop, to be held next month, contact the project team on 1800 810 680 or at community.input@ghd.com by January 30.
