Workies ice bucket challenge to tackle motor neurone disease

STAFF at the Lismore Workers Club will work to raise money for motor neurone disease with a special function.

Several staff members, including the club's managers and supervisors, bar and gaming staff, and members of the club's board of directors, will be doing the ice bucket challenge.

The club will also have a series of raffles and giveaways along with the normal Friday night members' draw.

The night kicks off at 5pm with ice bucket challenges being held at 5.30pm, 6pm, and 6.30pm.

Entry is free.
