What roads need a-fixin’?
WITH the next round of the NSW Government's Fixing Country Roads open for councils to, we asked readers which roads in our area need fixing as a priority.
There is $50 million up for grabs to help repair council-owned roads and bridges in the Northern Rivers, so where should the money go?
Wyrallah Road between Woodburn and Lismore was popular with both Brad Batchelor, Mark Piccoli and Anne Dries.
Corina Piggott found Dunoon Road quite scary.
"Dunoon Road, between Cusack Road and Pagotto's Ridge Roa," she said.
" Have travelled a lot of miles and it is the worst piece of road I have come across yet, especially when you have cars trying to avoid the pot-holes on the wrong side of the road and a cliff on the other side of you."
Both Dawson Street and Conway Street got a mention by Glenn Russell, Sally Sullivan and Jenna Moore.

Not all comments were bad, with Crystal White pleased with all the work being done in Nimbin.
"I just gotta say.. Nimbin road is amazing! So much great roadworks recently!" she wrote.
Other roads mentioned included Clarence Way from Sandilands to Woodenbong, Diadem Street, the Tullera Cutting, Richmond Terrace, Kilgin Road and of course any road with pot-holes in them.
