All the right strokes for St Brigid's Henry


THE Catholic Schools Richmond Zone Swimming Carnival saw a number of students have a successful day in the pool.

This resulted in two St Brigid's Kyogle Primary School Year 6 boys being selected into the Richmond Zone Swimming Team which competed at the Lismore Diocesan Swimming Carnival in Lismore on Wednesday March 2.


Henry McErlean, competed in the senior boys breaststroke and James Taylor competed in the senior boys butterfly.

James swam a PB on the day.

Henry had an outstanding day and placed second.

Henry will now compete at the Polding Swimming Carnival which will be held in Sydney on March 31.

Brendan Tickle, Sports Co-Ordinator,

"The staff and students at St Brigid's Primary School would like to congratulate Henry on being selected in the Lismore Diocesan Swimming Squad and wish him the best of luck at Polding". Sports coordinator Brendan Tickle said.
