'We didn't work lots': Hazard's swipe at Mourinho
EDEN Hazard played under current Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho, with the pair winning the 2014-15 English Premier League title together at Chelsea.
But with Mourinho replaced by Antonio Conte ahead of this season, the midfielder said there had been a big change at the club in terms of training loads.
"In tactics and training we do more with Conte,” Hazard said.
"We work a lot of tactical positions and we know exactly what we have to do on the pitch, where I have to go and where the defenders have to go. We know exactly what to do.
"With Mourinho, he put in a system but we didn't work lots. We know what to do because we play football, but maybe the automatisms were a little bit different.”
It seems like an eternity ago now when Chelsea suffered a 3-0 defeat to Arsenal in September.
Conte called it "a disaster”, but promptly got to work to remedy the club's situation.
Conte and his team promptly embarked on a run of 13 consecutive Premier League victories - equalling the record in the competition.
Chelsea goes into tonight's rematch against Arsenal having won 15 of its last 17 league games. Astonishingly, it has conceded only seven goals in that period.
Most importantly, it is nine points clear at the top of the table with the Premier League title in their sights.
