BRISBANE'S forwards got stuck into some defensive work at training this morning in anticipation of a physical battle with Cronulla on Sunday.
With hooker Andrew McCulloch (hamstring) out injured, and prop and enforcer Adam Blair failing in his bid to have a dangerous contact charge overturned at the NRL Judiciary last night, Brisbane is expecting the Paul Gallen-led Sharks to come at them through the middle.
Coach Wayne Bennett still hasn't revealed who will replace McCullough or Blair, with Kodi Nikorima and Travis Waddell in line for the dummy half duties and either Sam Thaiday or Jarrod Wallace starting up front.
