SOMETIMES it is hard to reverse out of tight parking spots.

It happens to the best of us.

But one particular driver, now immortalised in viral-video infamy, has taken this to an entirely new level.

It was a simple enough scenario. Your average driver could exit by reversing slightly to the left and then putting the car into drive and, 'Hey presto'.

Instead, the driver performed a 19-point-turn in order to leave the parking area.

The mind-numbing feat was captured on CCTV cameras and uploaded to YouTube.

Users on internet-aggregator site Reddit were quick to respond.

"Honestly. How can you go back and forth like that without turning the steering wheel at all? Were I to be standing there, the level of suck would have meant that instead of standing behind them and attempting to guide them, I would have pulled them out of the car and done it myself," an exasperated 'Redditor' wrote.

"I am unable to comprehend how someone can be SO bad at this," wrote another.

A perplexed Reddit user pointed out that the driver had enough skill to get "quite close to other vehicles without bumping".

"It appears to be a complete lack of imagination, or absolute fear of driving into another parking space to help exit."
