Urn...anyone leave ashes behind at cricket oval?

Tweed-Byron police would like to hear from anyone who may know something about an urn containing ashes that was left behind at the Murwillumbah Cricket Club at Rabjones Oval on Monday, March 21.

The urn was located by cleaning staff after a function the previous night.

Enquiries have been made with the club president with no result.

Police are in possession of the urn and are appealing to the local community if anyone knows the owner of the urn, to contact Tweed Heads Police Exhibit officers on 07 55360999.
