Unwanted bed guest cops fine

A MAN has been charged with trespass after allegedly going into someone else's motel room and falling asleep in the bed.

Police allege that about 8pm on Sunday night, a Casino motel guest left his room to get dinner.

When he got back, his room was locked and there was a man asleep in his bed.

The manager was called, and attempts were made to open the door but the chain was attached.

By the time entry was gained, police had arrived. They woke the man up and charged him with trespass.
