Unclaimed Lotto ticket worth $25,000
SOMEONE'S pockets should be feeling $25,000 heavier - but instead the bundle of cash is sitting unclaimed.
If you bought a ticket for Tuesday night's Oz Lotto from South Grafton News and Gifts, you may just be the lucky winner of second division.
Newsagent owner Brad Layton hoped someone would come forward in the next few days.
"In November last year, someone won $46,000 and that took nine weeks to get claimed," he said.
"We've sold quite a few thousand tickets, so we hope they come and collect it soon."
Mr Layton said they did not know what day the ticket was purchased, but advised anyone with a ticket tucked away in their wallet to drop in and have it checked.
"We're very excited for them," he said.
The newsagent has sold three second division winners in just two years and Mr Layton said he hoped to crack the first division.
