Two months into search for Sharon Edwards

IT HAS now been more than two months since Grafton grandmother Sharon Edwards was last seen and police have once more renewed their appeal to the public for assistance with the investigation.

Mrs Edwards, 54, was last seen between 10-11pm on Saturday, March 14 in Grafton.

She was reported missing after she failed to show up to her job as a school teacher the following Monday.

The investigation into her disappearance, led by Strike Force Burrow, has since shifted from a missing persons case to a homicide investigation and the focus is now on her movement in the hours following her last confirmed sighting.

Officers believe that her movements may have taken her towards Lawrence in the early hours of Sunday, March 15.

Anyone with information that may assist police with this investigation is urged to phone the Grafton Police on 6642 0222 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
