Two men accussed of manslaughter out on bail

TWO men facing charges over the death of Bilambil man Luke Ogilvie will remain out on bail according to a media report.

ABC News reported the pair, who pleaded guilty to manslaughter, are among three men facing charges over the death.

The 50-year -old's body was found after fire destroyed his home at Bilambil in March 2010.

On Tuesday in the Lismore Supreme Court, brothers Andrew Biffin, Benjamin Biffin and Nicholas Joseph McCulloch all pleaded guilty to manslaughter.

Benjamin Biffin remains in custody.

ABC News reported the matter was scheduled for sentencing on Wednesday, but the defence team had the matter deferred for the Biffin siblings to undergo psychological reviews.

It was adjourned to May 15.
