A true gentleman: Tony Barber bows out of Dancing

TV legend Tony Barber was eliminated from Dancing With The Stars tonight, after performing just three dances on the show.

The gentleman of the dance floor went out graciously with a touching waltz.

"I enjoyed it enormously," Barber said, who had been raising funds for the Cancer Council Australia.

Home and Away's Rhiannon Fish was the champion of the night, scoring a perfect 40 from the judges for her Beauty and the Beast-themed Rumba dedicated to her father.

Baz Luhrmann, promoting his upcoming Strictly Ballroom The Musical, was a special guest judge, proving commentary from a special seat in the studio.

Once again Olympic medalist Steve Hooker impressed the judges with his enthusiasm and ability to "do anything".

The pole vaulter looked at ease as he danced a traditional Quick Step, covering a large swath of the dance floor.

It was illusionist Cosentino's chance to prove he was not a "one-trick pony" after getting a perfect 10 for his debut contemporary performance and then getting a bit a free pass last week after his original dance partner was injured during rehearsals.

His Michael Jackson-themed Cha Cha routine received mixed reviews from the judges, with some liking his King of Pop moves and others pointing out his Cha Cha was stiff.

Tina Arena closed the show in style with a sassy Samba.

Radio personality Brendan "Jonesy" Jones was once again at the bottom of the leaderboard, although he was praised for his entertaining persona.
