While the win was a real team effort, the Lismore Memorial Baths hosted standout performances from Sam Nilon 14, Josie Watson 14, Jacob Power 20, and Adam McNamarra 15.

Jacob showed a strong performance in the 100m breaststroke, earning him a place in the Australian Open Championships. He has also qualified for the competition in the 50m breaststroke.

Adam has continued his winning streak and qualified for the 2010 Australian Age Championships.

Sam swam personal best times in all his 12 events, while Josie also swam personal best times in all her events.

The Far North Coast championships also saw 12 members of the Trinity club qualify for the Queensland State titles to be held in Brisbane from December 12.

Jacob, Sam, Josie, Adam, along with Madeline Nilon, Emma Harris, Jo Whitby, Suzannah Lack, Samantha McKenna, Eily Mclean, Corey Rodgers and Thomas Zappala have all made the team.
