1. THE 2014 Woodchop Carnival kicks off at Brunswick Heads tomorrow. The event is held as part of the Festival of the Fish 'n' Chips, and this year includes the Australian Titles. 2. DURING the school holidays, many local tenpin bowling alleys hold special events for kids. Ballina Ten Pin is open Monday to Thursday 9am-late, Friday 9am-11pm, Saturday 10am-11pm and Sunday 10am-6pm. They have glow in the dark bowling daily noon-4pm. Lismore Ten Pin is open Monday to Thursday 10am-8pm, Friday to Saturday 10am-10pm and Sunday 10am-6pm.
