Raiders upset Titan's winning hopes

THE 10,574 fans at Cbus Super Stadium yesterday were treated to a master class by Raiders fullback Anthony Milford as the visitors upset hopes of back-to-back wins for the Titans with a 36-20 victory.

The Broncos-bound custodian produced several magical plays, setting up two tries and scoring two of his own on an afternoon he clearly dominated.

He provided the exciting Brenko Lee with a beautiful flick pass in the eighth minute to open the scoring, before scoring himself and then putting Jarrod Croker into a hole with a no-look pass just before half-time to give the Raiders a 20-10 lead at the break.

The young Queenslander then put the icing on the cake with his second of the match in the 76th minute, backing up a movement he started to score in the left corner.

The Titans also produced some brilliance, with young centre James Roberts scoring a first-half try courtesy of his blinding speed near the line.

And Kalifa Faifai Loa got his second try right on fulltime, after a spectacular leap for an Albert Kelly kick over the top of his opposite winger, Sami Sauiluma.
