WE ALL know how tough Mondays can be. As your alarm for work goes off, you groan with a deep wish that it was still the weekend, and the coming weekend looks too far away.

Monday can be a huge struggle, but here are some ways to help you survive it:

COFFEE

Because that delicious brown liquid will warm your cold, cold soul.

Wine (at the end of the day, of course…)

Taste that? That's the taste of sweet, sweet victory - because sometimes Monday feels like a warzone, or a big time footy match. When you make it to the end, you feel like celebrating.

Have something fun planned for Monday night

It makes the thought of Monday so much sweeter.

Get your clothes planned the night before

Having an outfit laid out and ready to go will make your morning a bit easier.

Go out for lunch instead of sitting at your desk

Because eating instant noodles at your desk will only make your mood sink lower.

It's scientifically proven to increase happiness, right?
