Sydney agent moves into area

SUCCESSFUL Sydney real estate agent John McGrath is enthusiastic about his company moving into the Ballina, Byron and Tweed areas.

The chief executive officer of McGrath Estate Agents describes the North Coast as one of the most exciting and desirable real estate markets on the eastern seaboard, and will be in Ballina tonight for the official launch of the new franchise at the Ramada.

From today Elders Ballina office will become part of the McGrath group. Principal John Nicolson is looking forward to the change.

“I have no doubt that our association with McGrath will lift our business to a new level,” Mr Nicolson said.

McGrath Ballina will service a wide area from Evans Head in the south to Ocean Shores in the north, and west to Lismore. Meanwhile, in Byron Bay tonight the newly renovated Bayview Apartments in Bay Street will celebrate their smart new look with an official opening around the pool.

The units have been painted white, and had new glass balconies installed. A large poolside deck with an outdoor kitchen will also be unveiled.

Managers Ian and Fiona Traill returned from Dubai two years ago.
