WILSON Park School students are enjoying the chance to express themselves through dance this week in a series of workshops with Lismore theatre company NORPA.

On hand to facilitate the workshops are acclaimed Sydney theatre director Rosie Dennis, from Bankstown's Urban Theatre Projects, and local dancer Philip Blackman.

The workshops are part of the creative development of a new NORPA production, to be directed by Ms Dennis, entitled My Radio Heart, which will feature an ensemble of both able-bodied performers and those with physical or mental disabilities.

My Radio Heart is set to debut next year and plans are underway for the production to play in both Lismore and Sydney.
