Stockyard panels stolen near Kyogle

THEIVES have stolen portable stockyard panels from the roadside at West Wiangaree over the weekend.

Police took to the Richmond LAC Facebook page to appeal for information about the theft.

"Overnight on Saturday to Sunday, 18 panels of portable stockyards 1.8 metres x 2.1 metres in length were stolen from the corner of the Summerland Way and Baileys Bridge Road, West Wiangaree Via Kyogle," police posted.

"The yards were visible from the Summerland Way.

"Twenty panels were left and only the 18 that weren't wired together taken.

"If you were in this area over the weekend and may have information to assist police with their investigation, please contact the Richmond Rural Crime Investigator on 0448 885 065 or the Kyogle police on 6632 1444."
