St Patrick’s Day celebrations around the area

HAPPY St Patrick's Day!

Here is a list of some of the activities to celebrate the date around the Northern Rivers:

In Ballina, the Shaws Bay Hotel is serving traditional Irish meals and Guinness on tap, with a live pipe band performance at 2.30pm and Irish music playing in the hotel all day.

In Lismore, Mary G's is hosting celebrations from 10am. Live music by Alyssia's Irish Band and dancers from 5pm.

In Byron Bay, the Rails will celebrate from 7pm with live music.

To get you in the mood for celebration (and Guinness) below is a traditional song by singer Irish Mythen who will be performing at Bluesfest this Easter.
