SRC Christmas Hamper Appeal

The Student Representative Council (SRC) at St. Brigid’s Primary School Kyogle are exceptionally busy at this time of year as they are working hard organising their Christmas Hamper Appeal.
The SRC is comprised of students from Year 2 to 6 who have been chosen by their peers to represent them and lead the way in fundraising and events throughout 2016. The Christmas Hamper Appeal is one of their last jobs for the year!
Over the next four weeks, students have been asked by the SRC to bring in donations of different items. This week they are looking for canned goods. Next week it’s bottles, then packets and then in the final week of school, a present, wrapped and labelled for either a boy or a girl that will not be as fortunate as most, at this time of year.
The Hampers are presented and then distributed by the local members of St. Vincent de Paul who will see that they are delivered throughout the community to those who need them most during this festive season!
If you can help with any donations please drop them off at the School Office during school hours.
