WATCH: Look inside Palmer Coolum Resort villa battleground

SHE'S boiling water in a camp stove on her kitchen table and her fridge is an esky but Maree Frecklington is standing firm in her fight against Clive Palmer.

Her water has been turned off and she's managed to restore it but she's still got no power, but it won't stop her finding a way to keep hanging in at her part-owned timeshare villa at Palmer Coolum Resort.

As Brisbane-based media reported Mr Palmer was moving to install his wife Anna as body corporate chairwoman and daughter Emily as treasurer, Ms Frecklington said she was looking forward to a hopefully favourbale Australian Securities and Investments Commission ruling, but if not, said moves were being made to ensure she could keep fighting.

"He (Mr Palmer) cannot touch shareholders' land, he just can't, and i'm going to stand up to it," she said.

"We'll lose (the vote) I would say (if Mr Palmer tried to vote family onto the body corporate), we will, but we'll also lodge a Form 15 with the Body Corporate Commission... just because he has 55% shareholdings of 64 villas with four people in it.

"He owns 55% of nearly 300 so he can vote himself on but we just have to wait and see and then we'll have to battle that if we have to, we'll just keep going we're not giving up."

Mr Palmer has not returned the Daily's calls thus far this afternoon for comment.
