Science and surf clubs: A day in the life of Kevin

IT'S going to be a busy day for Federal Member for Page, Kevin Hogan.

First up he's heading to Southern Cross University with Assistant Science Minister Karen Andrews.

They'll do a meet and greet with various members of SCU's Environment, Science and Engineering faculty.

Then at 1.30pm Mr Hogan is going to the beach.

It's work related, of course - he will be at the Ballina Lighthouse and Lismore Surf Life Saving Club to make an announcement about funding for new surf life saving equipment that will help the Far North Coast.

We'll update you with those details later.
