Sara Storer performs her latest album, Silos
ONLY two years ago Sara Storer picked up three Golden Guitar Awards for her album Lovegrass at the CMAA Country Music Awards.
Storer has certainly kept busy the past few years, giving birth to her fourth son as well as releasing her sixth album, Silos.
Storer said she is looking forward to jumping on stage.
"It's been a long time since I've been on tour: having a family has kept me from hitting the road," she said.
"I'll be singing songs from the new album, Silos, and of course, some oldies including some of the songs that got me started such as Buffalo Bill and What's So Good.
"And I have some new jokes that are very funny."
The artists said the album is very personal.
"Silos is like a musical diary for me. It is about life changes and what matters most. I guess there is an underlying theme that is there that I don't intend to follow but it surfaces because the album is so personal."
- At Casino RSM this Saturday from 8pm.
