Water lily wows voters to become Photo of the Day

RYAN Walker snapped this beautiful shot of a water lily at Pretty Gully, north-west of Tabulam, and it was a big hit among voters in yesterday's Photo of the Day poll.

The image was one of three fantastic shots in contention for today's Photo of the Day and took an impressive 54% of the overall vote.

Photo of the Day celebrates the beauty of the Northern Rivers and the photographic talent of its people.

As well as appearing here it is published on our website and is used as the cover image on our Facebook page.

To have a say in tomorrow's Photo of the Day, vote in our weekday poll, which you will find in today's Photo of the Day story on our website.
