RVC Young Citizen of the Year - Mac Amey

MACARTHUR was ‘really excited to be nominated’ as he doesn’t volunteer for the recognition, he just enjoys helping his community.

He is an active person who is involved in many groups and organisations including the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards, the Windara Fundraising Committee, and he was involved in the Rotary Graffiti Removal Day last year.

He also volunteers for Meals on Wheels and is actively involved in re-homing animals and caring for people’s pets while they are away.

He had the lead role in the Gallipoli production Over Here, Over There and won an award for Best New Talent.
