NRL stars Anthony Minichiello and Nathan Hindmarsh will be in Lismore tomorrow in support of the Sunday Telegraph's 'Can We Talk' forums.

The forums are designed to increase discussion and support amongst families and communities on mental health and are taking place across regional NSW, aiming to help parents try and recognise when something is wrong with their child or teenager and provide them with the necessary tools and support to assist.

The Lismore forum is the last forum in a series of four and will be held at Lismore Workers Club on Tuesday from 6pm.

The forum is free and local residents are encouraged to attend.

The forum will feature a panel of experts and people who have had past experiences with mental health, either personally or with friends.

Hindmarsh and Minichiello will be part of the panel taking questions and recounting their own experiences.

Before the forums, the rugby league stars will host a holiday clinic, delivering a mental health program and speaking on the importance of positive mental wellbeing.
