Roll up! Roll up! To the Sideshow Cinema at Evans Head

THE stage is set for a surprising fusion of circus, music and cinema entertainment in Evans Head next week, with the premier of a unique new concept titled Sideshow Cinema.

Sideshow Cinema will kick off at 6pm on Wednesday, December 23 at the Illawong Hotel's new rooftop bar.

Audiences can enjoy a range of acoustic tunes interspersed with several contemporary circus performances and topped off with an outdoor cinema experience.

The feature film for the evening is Man On Wire - the compelling tale of young Frenchman, Philippe Petit, who walked the tightrope between the Empire State Buildings in 1974.

"We hope to provide audiences with an intimate and relaxing evening of entertainment that leaves them feeling inspired", performer and organiser, Jacqui Levy said.

The ticket price of $25 also includes a complimentary drink, finger food and popcorn.

Tickets can be purchased at the rooftop bar of the Illawong Hotel on the night.
