Starting strongly in the first round with piercing jabs and heavy body punches, Riley was faced with aggressive attacks from his opponent in the second round.

However, he was able to withstand the pressure and outbox his opponent in the third round, earning him a unanimous decision from the judges.

Riley scored a number of wins at the recent Queensland Novice Titles and continues to impress his PCYC counterparts and trainers.

Lismore PCYC, which is a not-for-profit organisation funded by membership, donations and grants, hosts regular classes in judo, gymnastics, kickboxing and more.
