Prominent Lennox resident's case adjourned
PROMINENT Lennox Head resident Louise Owen has had the case against her over a fatal crash police allege she was involved in near Casino in March adjourned.
Mrs Owen's barrister Gemunu Kumarasinhe asked for the matter to be adjourned to Lismore Local Court from Casino.
Magistrate R Denes adjourned Mrs Owen's matter until December 18.
Mrs Owen faces dangerous charges of driving causing death; negligent driving (occasioning death) and not keeping left of the dividing line.
The 62 year-old woman driving the Ford Falcon, which collided with Mrs Owen's Black Subaru Liberty on March 20, was killed as a result of the crash.
