Police appeal to public to find missing Murwillumbah man

POLICE have asked the public for their help to find a man who has been missing from Murwillumbah since last week.

John Willett, 43, was last seen about midday on Monday September 21, but has not been seen or heard from since.

Police from Tweed/Byron Local Area Command commenced investigations but searches for Mr Willett have been unsuccessful.

He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, between 185 - 190cm tall, thin build, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Mr Willett's dark green Holden Rodeo utility (NSW registration plates CD06XB) is also missing.

Investigators are appealing for anyone with information about the whereabouts of John Willett to call Crime Stoppers or Tweed Heads Police Station.
