Well if you’re the former rugby league international Mark Edmondson and former NRL judiciary commissioner Jim Hall you have a lot in common because both men and a few eye candy NRL Titan players thrown in for good measure will be the special guests at the Northern Rivers Regional Rugby League 2010 season launch this Friday night.

The family friendly event will also have the winners of the inaugural Ballina RSL Club 2010 Charity Shield the Grafton Ghosts and two North Coast charities the Dragons Abreast and the Men of League Foundation also honoured.

Prior to the official start of the evening four NRL Titan players will be available to sign autographs for half an hour before Bundjalung Elder, Uncle Lewis Cook open’s the night with a ‘Welcome to Country’ ceremony.

Tickets for the event are available from the Ballina RSL Club. Phone: 6686 2544, Adults: $10 Kids U/16 FREE.
