One Direction's Harry Styles has given up sex

HARRY Styles has imposed a sex ban on himself after becoming fascinated with Kabbalah.

The One Direction hunk, who is known for his womanising ways, has banned himself from getting frisky beneath the sheets after becoming fascinated with the Jewish religion Kabbalah.

A source told the Daily Star newspaper: "Harry is really serious about this. He feels he doesn't want to be that guy who is known for bedding celebs any more. But in the past all his good intentions to quit sex have fallen by the wayside.

"He feels it's getting in the way of him having a proper, meaningful relationship and Kabbalah is giving him the discipline to finally quit sex for a sustained period."

The 20-year-old singer, who has previously dated Taylor Swift and Kendall Jenner, has been practising the religion for a month now and his friends have started to notice a difference in his behaviour.

An insider explained: "He used to be the big party boy but now he's totally obsessed with spiritual balance and finding inner peace.

"A lot of his music industry pals in America are into it too, so he's getting loads of advice from them."

Meanwhile, Harry's fellow band mates - Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne - have been teasing him about his new spiritual side.

The source added: "The lads are winding up Harry loads about his sex ban but he takes it all in good humour. He's telling the boys that they should follow it too!"
