No Future for Mark Ronson

MARK Ronson has pulled out of Future Music Festival 2012 a mere week after he agreed to perform.

Ronson, one of the world's leading artists and in-demand music producers, pulled out due to "opportunities he could not decline", a festival statement revealed.

The statement also said: "Throughout discussions relating to Mark Ronson's return, the scheduling of numerous other engagements was always the biggest factor in securing his next visit.

"Unfortunately, scheduled engagements, which we had hoped to clear, and opportunities that Mark could not decline, needed to take priority over his performance at Future Music Festival in 2012.

"It is with this news that we regrettably advise Mark Ronson will be unable to appear at the festival this season.

"Future Entertainment however remains in close discussions with his management about another suitable time for him to return."
