New supermarket decision delayed

MACLEAN residents will have to wait longer for a new supermarket.

The proposal to demolish an existing building and construct a new supermarket in Clyde Street has been pushed back yet again by Clarence Valley Council.

Councillors discussed the application on Tuesday night and requested the full development application be brought to council for consideration at the November meeting.
