Mum of three faces drug charges

A NORTHERN Rivers mother of three who is facing drug charges will be forced to keep a strict curfew while on bail.

Chrystal Leah Dervish applied for bail in Brisbane Supreme Court on Friday.

Ms Dervish has just been paroled after serving three months of a one-year prison sentence for unrelated drug offences.

The 29-year-old now faces two charges of possess drugs and one of possess utensils.

The alleged offences happened on the Gold Coast on October 24 last year.

Supreme Court Justice Jean Dalton  took into account Ms Dervish's 12-month parole conditions and added a 9pm curfew clause when granting bail.

Ms Dervish's next court appearance will be on a date to be fixed.
