Moments in time
Corinne Miller has been making art in one form or another since the 1970s. Textiles have been her main form of expression, but in 2009 she returned to painting and drawing and she will be having her first solo exhibition at the Big Time Gallery in Drake.
“In my artworks, every part of the canvas or paper is layered with decisions, thoughts and emotions as the brush or pencil comes into contact... to me each piece is richly textured with a myriad of intense moments,” she said.
The exhibition Myriads of Moments opens on Saturday, June 5, at 2pm and runs until June 30.
