Minister to attend public health meeting

NSW Health Minister Jillian Skinner and Northern Rivers health heads will explain their plans for the local health service at a community meeting next week.

The health service is holding its annual community meeting at Invercauld House, Invercauld Rd, Goonellabah, on Tuesday, December 11, from 5.30pm.

As well as executives and the board of the Northern NSW Local Health District, Health Minister Jillian Skinner is expected to attend the meeting, which was described as "an opportunity for the community to hear about the activities and achievements that have occurred over the past year and to hear of the plans for the upcoming year".

Refreshments would be available from 5pm.
