Metgasco defers annual general meeting until December
METGASCO has deferred its annual general meeting until December after approval by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission.
The petroleum exploration company made the announcement today to its shareholders.
"The annual general meeting scheduled for the 30th November 2015 has been deferred until 11am on 16 December 2015," Metgasco wrote.
"The reason for the deferral is to allow a general meeting to consider the disposal of the main undertaking of the company to the state of New South Wales to be held on the same day.
"The meeting will be held at Christie Corporate, Level 4, 100 Walker Street, North Sydney."
