Man, 72, dies after falling from balcony

EMERGENCY services responded to reports that a man fell from the balcony of a home on Tomewin Road, Murwillumbah on Sunday morning.

The 72-year-old Gold Coast man was treated at the scene, however he died.

Police from Tweed/Byron Local Area Command established a crime scene and investigations into the man's death are continuing.

A report will be prepared for the information of the coroner.
