Man in coma after car accident

A 24-year-old Geneva man is in an induced coma in Lismore Base Hospital after a motor vehicle collision last night.

Police said it appeared the 2009 Mazda the man was driving along Anzac Drive, Geneva, west of Kyogle, has left the road on a sweeping bend, traversing through a drainage ditch, up an embankment colliding with several trees then landing on its wheels within the drainage ditch.
