Charged for triple murder plot

A QUEENSLAND man, charged with three counts of attempting to solicit murder, was caught by police outside a seafood store at Ballina yesterday.

It is alleged the man was trying to hire a hitman to kill three witnesses in Queensland for a sum of $150,000.

The man was taken to Ballina Police Station last night, was refused bail in Ballina Local Court today.
