Man arrested in terror raids sentenced for owning Taser

A MAN arrested during last week's counter-terrorism raids in Sydney has been placed on a two-year good behaviour bond for possessing a Taser device.

Ahmad Azaddin Rahmany, 24, from Merrylands, was also fined $500 for possessing four rounds of ammunition.

Rahmany pleaded guilty to both offences at Fairfield Local Court this morning.
