Man charged over woman's death

UPDATE: A man has been charged over the murder of a woman on the NSW Central Coast on Wednesday.

Police were called to a home at Narara about 10am where they found the body of a woman aged in her 30s.

Later in the day, a 46-year-old man was arrested as he got off a train at Sydney's Central Station.

He was taken to the Surry Hills Police Station where he was charged with murder late Wednesday night.

He was due to front the Central Local Court on Thursday morning.

 

EARLIER: A man has been arrested and over the suspicious death of a woman on the NSW Central Coast today.

Early this morning detectives found the body of a woman, aged in her 30s, inside a home at Narara.

About 2pm, a man was arrested at Sydney's Central Station and is currently being questioned by police.

Police will release further details to the media at 4.30pm today.
