Magic Fah Soh Lah Ti Away Tree musical

AUDIENCES were treated to a spectacular performance at the Byron Theatre on Thursday and Friday this week as students of the Byron Community Public School embarked on a musical adventure to the Magic Fah-Soh-Lah-Ti-Away Tree.

Students were engaged in every level of production on and off the stage, co-creating the songs with Musical Director and aria-winning composer Michael Turner, producing the animation, playing the music, acting and performing circus skills under the direction of Emma Wappett.

The result is a rich production with imaginative sets and costumes helping to bring to life this musical re-imagining of the beloved Faraway Tree series from author Enid Blyton.

On the night every single student at the school contributed musical, acting and circus talents that captured the hearts and imaginations of the theatre audience who journeyed with their brave cast through enchanted woods and faraway worlds.
