Casino riders compete in BMX State Titles
CASINO BMX Club had eight riders compete in the 2013 BMX State Titles in Lake Macquarie.
It was a successful event, with the small club bringing home five NSW State Plates and two 10-year participation awards.
Dayna Jordan won fourth place overall in the 17-24 women.
This was Dayna's 10th year in a row of competing at State Level.
Zach McDonald won fourth place on his 20 bike in the 16 boys and also won third place on his cruiser bike.
Hayden Wilkes, who was also competing in his 10th year in a row, just missed out on getting into the semi-finals in the 17 boys.
Dayna and Hayden received a special award for 10 consecutive years of participation.
A huge effort on their part and that of their parents getting them to events.
Jason Baxter competed well in the 16 boys and this was his first time at this level. Luke Anderson rode in the 13 boys competing well but did not qualify for the finals.
Joseph Schaffer, also in the 13 boys, rode well only to miss out by one point of getting into the semi-final

Chad Pethers-Morrisey who competed and won second place on 20" and fourth on his cruiser bike also had a successful weekend.
